  • Media: We collect photographs, videos, and other media you upload to an event. As an event host, you have control over who can upload and view this media.
  • Event Details: We collect information about the events you create, including title, date, location, and guest lists.

Device and Usage Data

  • Device Permissions: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your device’s camera, contacts, photo gallery, storage, and notifications. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
  • Location Information: We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
  • Event Activity Log: We automatically log activity within events, such as RSVPs, content uploads, and guest invitations, to provide a transparent event history for hosts and attendees.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Organize and manage your events.
  • Enable user-to-user communications and media sharing within events.
  • Email you regarding your account or events.
  • Send you push notifications regarding account activity, event updates, and content uploads. You can opt-out of receiving these types of communications in your device’s settings.
  • Fulfill and manage user requests, including data deletion and information access.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
  • Allow hosts to moderate content and manage guest permissions.

Third-Party Service Providers We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including data storage (cloud hosting), data analysis, and email delivery.

Within Events As an event attendee, your name may be visible to other guests in the event, subject to the visibility controls set by the event host. Uploaded media will be visible to others in the event according to the host’s permissions.

Marketing Communications & A2P Compliance We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your trust is our top priority.

  • Email Marketing: You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or by adjusting your notification preferences in the app settings.
  • Text Message (SMS/MMS) Marketing: If you opt-in to receive marketing text messages, you can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP”.
  • No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing: No mobile information, including your phone number or opt-in consent data, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Data Deletion Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. Event hosts have the ability to delete an event and all associated data and media.

Access to Your Data Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we have collected about you.

User and Media Controls

  • Reporting: You can report or flag inappropriate media or user behavior within the app.
  • Blocking: You have the ability to block or report other users.
  • Content Moderation: Event hosts have the ability to moderate content uploaded by guests.

6. POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
